This is a test episode to allow us to set up and verify the technical podcast and audio functions of our website and subscriber feeds. But we hope this test episode can be more for you than something akin to those annoying yet important “this is just a test”, alarm signals and public statements that are required to be broadcast over the radio waves on a regular basis.

Because, beyond the techie purposes for this test episode we have included something for you, our much appreciated, get in line early new subscribers and listeners.

Listen in to a premier sneak preview of the Show Music we have chosen for the God is Bigger than Cancer podcast. As you listen to this music track titled: On Your Wings, may we offer a suggestion of how you might turn your listening time into something far more meaningful and powerful than just a techie test episode or Show Music sneak performance.

May we suggest that you consider doing what my wife, Lynne, and I have already done a number of times as we listen to this music playing in the background.

If you personally are suffering with cancer, like I am with pancreatic cancer, or you have a loved one, family member or friend who is suffering with the dreaded “C” word disease, then consider doing what Lynne and I have been doing as we listen to this beautiful and moving music.

We pray for ourselves and we pray for other cancer sufferers and their families. After all, the name of this sound track just happens to be so appropriately titled: On Your Wings.

In the Bible in the Book of Exodus, chapter 19 verse 4, the Lord tells His people:
I carried you on eagles wings and brought you to Myself.
And in Isaiah 40 verse 31 the wonderful promises that:
Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles;
They will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
Amen!

If you would like to comment about our new Show Music or if you prayed and would like to share your prayer with our community,or we would be pleased and honored if you would like us to lift prayer for you or someone else afflicted with cancer.

Please go to God is Bigger than Cancer.com, there you can communicate through our Facebook or Twitter icon links or leave a comment in the comment section on our website. We always appreciate hearing from you so let’s communicate and share as a community

This ministry and cancer information website and podcast is here as a service and resource to help foster Faith, Hope and Healing for cancer patients, their families and loved ones. Hopefully it might also serve as a valuable preventive resource, as others learn more about the known risks factors for being afflicted with cancer

All to the glory of God.

Please stay tuned, we will have our first real episode of the God is Bigger than Cancer podcast posted in just a few days in iTunes and at God is Bigger than Cancer.com

We hope you enjoy and are moved as you prayerfully listen to the world premier of the God is Bigger than Cancer podcast Show Music titled: On Your Wings.

Barry & Lynne
I must agree – what a moving piece of music you have chosen. I wish you both the best, and my prayers are continuing for both you and other Cancer sufferers.

My mom passed a year ago of this same affliction, so it hits close to home for me too. It does give me a perspective most do not have, in understanding what you are going through.

Thank you both for everything you do, your podcasts even in the midst of pain, this new Cancer sharing website, and most of all, your freindship.

Barry and Lynne,
Would you please check out the movie Burzynski. It is about a cancer cure that has been suppressed by the FDA and the National Cancer Institute. You must see that movie as well as the Gerson Miracle. Both movies are available on Netflix. Gerson is available on Hulu.com free. Burzynski is available supposedly free on http://www.burzynskimovie.com
Please check it out. You are both in my prayers. God Bless!

Barry & Lynne,

God ‘is’ bigger than cancer, and the ministry you’ve set out upon to inspire other’s is also bigger than cancer.

You’ve been added to the prayer list of our community, and if there is anything we can do please don’t hesitate to ask.

Martin Luther King Jr. once said, “Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase.” Congratulations on your first step. I look forward to watching you run!

God Bless you both.

Jim, great to hear from you. Please excuse my delay in responding. Thank you for your encouraging words and the kind and generous blessing to be lifted in prayer by your community, we thank you all.

Trusting that I will be doing well enough to have an episode of “God is Bigger than Cancer” published Monday Jan. 23rd.

Lynne and I are visiting your site, when are you scheduled for launch of your podcast?

It’s true we sure don’t see the whole staircase, maybe not even the 2nd step, but we are confident we know where it leads…praise the Lord!

God Bless,
Barry

Dr. Fred,
Lynne and I were delighted and so blessed to meet you and Dr. Ed at the treatment center. We are still so touched by your laying of hands on me and the compassion and power of your prayers, from what we could deeply discern in our spirits, are two very special men of God. Amongst all the chemo drugs, IVs, pain and suffering, the comforting hope and the radiant presence of the Lord was in that place through His faithful, longtime Ministers, Dr. Fred and Dr. Ed. Thank you for sharing His love so richly to us and others in that room.

Dr. Fred, we have enjoyed your blogs and are honored to get to know you better. Please give our sincere regards to your friend of 50 years, Minister and Educator Dr. Ed Williams.

God Bless,
By His Grace
Barry

Barry and Lynne,
Thanks very much for the kind words. Dr. Ed is indeed, Dr. Ed. Me? Not yet – but who knows? LoL. It was good to see you both on Wednesday. I had the chemo-pump on for 48 hours but had it removed today. Dr. Stipanov said that he is pleased with my progress so far. I told him what the Lord had said to me in that dream I blogged about when He said, “I’m healing you.” On Wednesday he said something like “In spite of all that we are doing to you, you are doing well.” God is our healer. We’re in the process…not complete yet…but in the process. Praying for your Brother.

Hi, Barry and Lynne,
Sorry we did not get to visit yuesterday. I had my toughest week last week – but through it all I remember what Jesus said to me, “I’m healing you.” When the doctor (NPC) looked at my labs she said the lab readings are the best since we started chemo. As you know, yesterday was treatment #3. Only 9 more to go. I thank you both for praying for me as I also pray for you. I slept better last night than I had slept for over a week now. God is good. Once he says something, He never has to apologize. I’m in the process with you and we will be healed. Have agreat week. Your friend in Christ,
Fred
